Return and refund policy

* Return period: within 14 days of receipt of the order only when the order is not compatible or does not match the product image or product description found on the site or the official page of the mabazq8 business in the Instagram program .

* Return conditions: the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and attached to the purchase invoice.

* Non-returnable products: for health reasons, some products such as underwear may not be accepted.

* Refund period: within 5-10 working days after receiving the returned item.

Consumer rights

According to the Kuwaiti e-commerce law, consumers have the right:

* Get clear and accurate information about the products.
* Cancel the order within 14 days according to the previously mentioned terms and conditions (except for some products).
* Submit complaints via customer service.
